How often is my property inspected and what does the inspection include?

We perform regular checks, twice a month as standard. In doing so, we check the humidity in all rooms, ventilate, inspect doors and windows, clean sanitary systems, and review the electrical system.

What happens if adverse weather conditions are reported or an emergency occurs?

In case of adverse weather warnings, we carry out additional checks and secure terraces and gardens. In case of emergency, we react immediately, coordinate with tradespeople, and keep you constantly informed.

Can I request additional services with short notice?

Of course! Whether it's cleaning before arrival or stocking the refrigerator, you just need to contact us and we'll arrange everything according to your wishes, even with a short delivery time.

How are pool and garden maintenance services organized?

We offer flexible models: regular maintenance at a fixed schedule or demand-oriented assignments. The pool is checked weekly with monitoring of all values and cleaning.

Who takes care of the guests when we rent our property?

Our guest services include key collection, briefing, 24/7 emergency contact, and final cleaning. Upon request, we can also arrange transfers, trips, or special welcome packages.

How do you keep me informed about the status of my property?

After each check, we will send you a report with photos and comments. In case of special incidents, we will inform you immediately and personally discuss the next steps with you.
